the hotel provided a private golf cart for taj mahal access it was very convenient. the grounds were well maintained and the welcome was warm. mr billal provided excellent service and was very attentive.
the pre-arrival experience was disappointing i expected responsive support from the concierge. they took several days to respond to emails. i asked for a phone number i could use on whatsapp but they refused to provide it before check-in.

The hotel provides a wonderful view of the Taj Mahal from every room. The service was prompt and efficient. The food was of high quality. The staff exhibited politeness and attentiveness throughout my stay.
The internet connection was occasionally unstable.
